Solid Rock is hiring for a full-time 1st shift position! Monday through Friday, for our Adult Day Program; an initiative that is activities based and focuses on community integration, skill development and FUN! We are looking for a qualified applicant who is reliable and consistent, has the ability to work cohesively within a team and carries a positive and flexible mindset!
Staff will support individuals with volunteer opportunities in the community, crafts, cooking and baking skills and other enriching daily activities! Some assistance with personal hygiene tasks may be required. This position requires staff to be able to drive a 10-15 passenger van.
Job responsibilities also include transportation of individuals to and from their homes as well as out in the community with company provided vehicles during program hours. Amazing benefits package: $19-21/hr, quarterly bonuses, PTO, life and short-term disability insurance!
Requirements: 18 years of age or older, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with 2 points or less and the ability to pass a background check.
