Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with payroll, including certified payroll / prevailing wage
- Handle union reporting, fringes, and deductions
- Maintain job costing and financial records
- Assist with reconciliations and audit preparation
Requirements
- Construction accounting experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll (REQUIRED)
- Familiarity with union reporting and compliance (REQUIRED)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
