Our reputation is built on response time, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our growing California team. This role is critical to our emergency response and mitigation operations and involves hands-on fieldwork restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold losses.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform water extraction and structural drying using industry-standard equipmentSet up, monitor, and document drying systems (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)Conduct mold remediation in accordance with IICRC standards and company protocolsAssist with fire and smoke damage cleanup when requiredPerform selective demolition and debris removalMaintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and daily logsCommunicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team membersFollow all safety protocols and properly use required PPEParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency responseQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentIICRC WRT certification required (ASD and AMRT preferred)Previous experience in water, fire, and/or mold restoration preferredAbility to lift and move heavy equipment and materialsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresValid California driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage based on experience and certificationsOvertime and on-call opportunities availableOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunities for advancement within a growing companySupportive team environment with clear expectations and leadershipHow to ApplyIf you take pride in your work, respond well under pressure, and want to be part of a company that values professionalism and accountability, we want to hear from you.Please submit your resume (and brief cover letter, if available) to: [Insert email or application link]Solid Restoration LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
