Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. As part of the team, you will engage in client interactions, support property transactions, and provide excellent service to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, listing and marketing real estate properties, conducting showings, and negotiating sales. You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and local market conditions, all while providing top-notch customer service.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate practices
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property acquisition, evaluation, and sale
- Proven experience and ability in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including client communication and relationship building
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote work, transaction management, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing market dynamics, and maintain a professional demeanor
