What are the responsibilities and job description for the Low Voltage / Security Technician position at SOLID Personnel?
We are seeking a Low Voltage / Security Technicians to join our team! We are headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA but projects are throughout the Bay Area. Requirements: - Must be willing to travel for workTravel - When commuting over 1.5 hours, they get $175/night per diem. For driving in the Bay Area, the 1st hour is on the tech and anything over an hour they will be compensated for and are allowed to clock in after 1st hour gas mileage paid Responsibilities:Low voltage installs, security, CCTV cameras, commercial TI projects, smaller commercial jobs, needs to be professional working in active environments around customer.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systemsIdentify risk to customers and provide effective solutionsConduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systemsMonitor inventory of service partsQualifications:Previous experience in low voltage/security installationFamiliarity with hand and power toolsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detailCompany DescriptionSOLID Personnel is a niche specific skilled trades recruiting & staffing firm founded in 2013.
