Job Overview
Solid Machine is looking for a dependable Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional products to our clients. We offer competitive starting pay based on experience, with regular pay reviews as you master new capabilities.

Core Responsibilities
- Create and update documentation for customer orders and production documentation
- Purchase and schedule raw material to meet production schedule demands
- Purchase tooling and maintain tool cabinet system to meet production schedule
- Coordinate and schedule subcontract operations to meet customer demand
- Create and maintain documentation in MRP
- Track and count production parts in process
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Participate actively in our ISO Quality Management System and complete required quality training.
- Follow standard operating procedures and proactively recommend process improvements.
- Handle other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong general math skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Strong computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presence and approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and safely lift, load, and move materials up to 50 lbs
