Hiring Machine Operators - ALL SHIFTS
Description/Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow operating procedures as well as recommend improvements
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently to avoid machine downtime
- Ability to perform a sequence of operations with little supervision and consistently maintain established quantity and quality performance levels
- Take an active role in the ISO Quality Management System
- Receive training as required to maintain the Quality System
- Perform light preventive maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Other duties as required
Training / Hours
- Quality Procedures related to the Quality System
- Activities related to performing the job description/responsibilities
- Safety and related procedures
- Full-Time position; Monday-Friday or Fri-Sun (Weekend Shift)
- 1st Shift Hours; 6:30am-3:00pm, 2nd Shift Hours; 3:00pm-11:30pm, Weekend Hours; 5am-5:30pm
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, load, and move materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and people skills
- General math skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Must be reliable
- Integrity is essential
