Construction Laborer

BlocX LLC is seeking a dependable and skilled Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous construction knowledge, training, or hands-on experience and be able to assist with residential construction, remodeling, and renovation projects while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist foremen and skilled team members with daily construction tasks
• Perform work related to framing, remodeling, renovations, and general construction
• Read and follow instructions, project plans, and job site requirements
• Measure, cut, and handle materials as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Assist with demolition, installation, and construction processes
• Properly use and care for tools and equipment
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
• Communicate job site needs, concerns, and progress with supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous construction knowledge, training, or hands-on experience required
• Experience with residential construction, framing, remodeling, or renovations preferred
• Must have basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work well independently and as part of a team
