What You'll Do

• Talk with property owners by phone, text, and email
• Follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Build rapport and negotiate property purchase agreements
• Keep organized notes and update our CRM
• Work independently from home while staying connected with the team
• Meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable negotiating over the phone
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
