Responsibilities:

- Oversee curriculum design and ensure it meets state and national standards.
- Manage and mentor teaching staff to enhance instructional practices.

- Analyze student performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership.
