X-Ray Tech - Newburgh, NY

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to apply expertise in X-ray imaging within an operating room setting, requiring proficiency as a Radiologic Technologist. The role is based in Newburgh, NY, and is offered on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures, including intraoperative imaging
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic support
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for radiologic technology
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Manage radiology documentation and maintain equipment in optimal working condition

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current or easily obtainable New York State Radiologic Technologist license
• Proven experience as an X-ray Technologist, especially in surgical or operating room environments
• Strong understanding of imaging technology and patient care protocols
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and team-oriented clinical settings
• Willingness to adapt to various schedule options with anticipated 5x8 day shifts
