Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 medical support for a male middle school student. This is a full-time role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to play an essential role in ensuring the students health, safety, and access to education each day.Student Support Needs:Wheelchair assistance and mobility monitoringSuctioningG-tube feedingsSeizure monitoring and responseAdditional delegated nursing tasks as requiredRiding the bus with the student to and from schoolResponsibilities:Deliver direct daily medical care in alignment with the students Individualized Health Plan (IHP).Track and document all health-related activities and interventions.Collaborate with school staff, family members, and the district nursing team.Maintain a safe and supportive environment throughout the school day, including bus transportation.Respond promptly and appropriately to health changes or emergencies.Requirements:Active Washington RN or LPN License.Experience with medically fragile students or similar clinical skills preferred.Strong munication, reliability, and student-centered focus.
