Schedule & Hours
- Rotating call schedule shared among five technicians for well-balanced coverage:
- 1 weekday evening on-call every other week
- 1 weekend on-call approximately every fifth week
- Occasional travel to nearby locations for additional clinical experience
- ARDMS certification required
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Upper/lower extremity venous and arterial duplex studies
- Carotid, bypass graft, mesenteric, and renal artery duplex studies
- Upper/lower extremity vein mapping, fistula flow, and venous reflux studies
- Broad experience in IAC-accredited vascular lab settings (RVT certification preferred)
- Strong independent technical skills and high competency across the spectrum of general/vascular sonography
- Perform a comprehensive array of vascular and general ultrasound exams
- Contribute to an exceptional patient care environment within an accredited sonography department
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support at multiple care settings as needed
- Maintain meticulous sonographic records for clinical assessment and compliance
