Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (multi-state or WV-specific)
- Minimum of one year current experience in Telemetry nursing
- Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac monitoring and patient assessment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- Solid documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient condition, and promptly escalate concerns
