Travel Surgical Unit RN - Mount Pleasant, SC

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in operating room nursing with specialized experience in cardiac and vascular procedures. This contract position is located in Mount Pleasant, SC, offering a focused setting to apply your clinical expertise and deliver exceptional patient care in a cardiovascular operating room environment.

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
• Includes 2 weekday on-call shifts and every 3rd4th weekend on-call
  
  

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Current RN licensure in South Carolina or in a recognized NCSBN compact state (non-permanent SC resident)
• BSN degree is highly preferred
• Proven experience in cardiac and vascular operating room nursing
• Ability to perform both scrub and circulating roles during surgical procedures
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Effectively scrub and circulate in a high-acuity cardiac/vascular OR environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
