Schedule/Hours
- 3/12s, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
- 4/10s, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 1 weekend of call per month & 1–2 days of weekday call as needed
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist
- Certification: NBSTSA – Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Strong cardiac, vascular, and robotic experience required
- Ability to function effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced settings
- Proven team collaborator with a professional and positive attitude
- Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical field for cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and perioperative teams for optimal patient care
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control standards
- Respond quickly and efficiently to changing case needs and on-call requirements
- Support the surgical team with setup, instrumentation, and turnover during procedures
