Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- Call: One weekday overnight call per week (3:30pm–7:00am next day)
- One weekend call shift every 4 weeks
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cardiovascular and General surgery procedures
- Skills in cardiovascular procedures: CABG, Angiograms, Endarterectomies (Carotid/Femoral), Aortic Root repairs, Valve Replacement, and AAA’s
- Experience assisting with General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, and Plastics cases
- Active BLS certification required
- Nursing – ORT training/credentials
- Flexibility to float between main and outpatient surgery centers as needed
- Provide surgical assistance during cardiovascular and general surgeries
- Support a variety of cases daily, maintaining high safety and care standards
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in comprehensive orientation with a preceptor and ongoing skill development
