Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Understanding of aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, and sterile field maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and available
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitor and maintain sterile field, proactively anticipating the needs of the surgical team
• Accurately document procedures, instrument counts, and supply usage
• Verify patient identity and procedure details in collaboration with the surgical team
• Safely handle specimens and properly dispose of biohazard materials
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and facility protocols
