Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Speech-Language Pathology License (state-specific)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent certification welcomed
- Previous school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical expertise in AAC, PROMPT, and social communication approaches
- Perform assessments to pinpoint students’ speech/language needs
- Create and deliver individualized and group therapy plans
- Track and report progress, maintaining up-to-date records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow professionals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
