Qualifications
- Active School Psychologist credential/license (valid for CT)
- Experience working with students in grades 1-8
- Expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies
- Collaborative mindset and communication skills for working with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Deliver psychological assessments and services to support students’ mental and emotional well-being
- Develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Participate in student support and intervention meetings
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
