Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all respiratory therapy duties, including ABGs (radial/brachial), advanced respiratory treatments, and equipment management (Drager V500, Hamilton, ReVel, V60s, Vapotherm, EPOC).
- Provide patient care across NICU, MICU, Peds, Adults, Geriatrics, and PACU settings.
- Assist with intubations and support ER teams in stabilizing patients for transfer.
- Float flexibly between units and occasionally to sister locations in Boise and Nampa.
- Engage in rotating weekend and holiday shifts, with the option to participate in call coverage.
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT); BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP for NICU.
- At least 2 years’ experience in respiratory therapy, including comfort in a Level II NICU setting.
- Skilled in caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Adaptable to self-scheduling and willing to fill shifts as needed.
