Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment; schedule details provided during interview process
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in Iowa
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR RN experience
- Proficiency with sterile technique, scrubbing, and circulating in cardiovascular procedures
- Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to adult cardiovascular surgical patients
- Prepare the OR, manage surgical instruments, and ensure patient safety throughout
- Circulate and scrub as needed within a dynamic surgical team
- Accurately document procedures and patient outcomes
- Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies while promoting a culture of safety and respect
