Broaden your expertise in a mid-to-high-level hospital, where diverse surgical and diagnostic cases ensure each day is engaging. Thanks to supportive departmental leadership, with a lead tech present on the first shift, 24/7 radiologist coverage, and experienced tech teams across shifts, you'll have ample mentorship and teamwork. Be part of a progressive facility utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like GE, Fuji, Del Medical x-ray machines, McKesson PACS, and multiple C-arm platforms, including Medtronic o-arms. With a 7-day department-specific orientation and ongoing support, you'll have the tools needed for success.
Schedule/Hours:
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in surgical/procedure imaging (ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic, urology)
- Competence in OR imaging, especially ortho, general, and spine cases (familiarity with o-arm preferred)
- Experience in general, portable imaging in a hospital setting
- Previous work in mid-to-high-level hospitals
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new protocols and approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality imaging in surgical and acute care settings
- Operate various imaging platforms and EMR (EPIC)
- Work effectively alongside radiologists, lead techs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in the weekend rotation and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols while demonstrating a commitment to patient care
