Schedule/Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (8-hour shifts, total 40 hours weekly)
- No Saturday shifts
- Flexibility to float to other Radiation Oncology locations
- NYS Radiologic Technologist Therapy License required
- Certification: ARRT (T), BLS
- Experience with Ethos or Varian machines (preferred)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Acute adult care and oncology experience
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, flexibility, and team collaboration skills
- Dependability and punctuality a must
- Deliver safe, high-quality radiation therapy to oncology patients, utilizing advanced techniques including IMRT and external beam therapy
- Perform tumor localization, custom shield and mold work, dose calculations, and imaging (CBCT/kV/mV)
- Maintain radiation safety protocols and respond efficiently to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
