Schedule
- 3x12 hour shifts, Days (7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.)
- Every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed
- Float between facilities within the health system as required
- Deliver comprehensive RN psychiatric care to diverse patient populations
- Manage and monitor patient care with adherence to established ratios (1:6)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans
- Function as Charge RN with leadership duties and ensure quality care standards
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records proficiently
- Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with complex psychiatric conditions
- Licensed RN with at least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
- BLS and STARR certification required
- Previous Charge RN experience a must
- Comfortable with adolescent, adult, and pediatric psychiatric populations
- Familiarity with psychiatric assessments and interventions
- First-time travelers encouraged to apply
