Schedule/Hours
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Primarily 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; rotating shifts as required
- Weekend shifts are part of the rotation
- On-site parking is free and conveniently located
- Active RN license, Pennsylvania
- BSN preferred
- Two years of nursing experience required
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential
- Current BLS certification
- PA Acts 31, 33, 34, and 73 compliance
- Mental health experience strongly preferred
- Excellent assessment skills and knowledge of medication administration
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
- High level of independence, flexibility, and sound clinical judgment
- Assess patients for admission to the Crisis Residential Unit
- Administer medications and carry out medication orders
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff in the unit
- Engage with patients and participate in care meetings
- Report to the Nurse Manager; collaborate across care teams
- Adhere to business casual dress code (no open-toed shoes)
