Schedule/Hours
- AM shifts: Monday & Wednesday, 10:30am-7:00pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- No major holidays, no weekends, no on-call
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Valid MA Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Excellent patient handling and transfer techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a collaborative team
- Effective time management—self-directed, adaptable, and able to multitask
- Preferred: 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services in a hospital outpatient rehab environment
- Assess and implement treatment plans tailored to diverse patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize strong communication to foster positive patient and team interactions
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Adhere to facility protocols; business casual or scrubs accepted attire
