Key Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience delivering therapeutic interventions in a hospital setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of evaluation techniques, treatment planning, and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary care teams
- Ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse patient populations
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Full-time, standard day shifts (specific schedule details provided during interview)
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function and improve quality of life
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed in response to clinical outcomes
