Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in stepdown, progressive care, or intermediate care settings required
- Skilled in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for acutely ill patients
- Proficient with IV drips and advanced patient therapies
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent and delegated nursing functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate patient health status with continual data assessment
- Teach, counsel, and provide supportive, restorative therapies
- Collaborate, document, and review treatment plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
- Float to other departments based on the needs of the facility
- Participate in on-call duties as required
