Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and clinical pharmacy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Support specialty pharmacy clinics and participate in program development to ensure high-quality clinical care.
- Assist with the administration of policies, procedures, and operational management aligned with organizational mission and values.
- Provide technical and administrative supervision to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers.
- Opportunity for career advancement through tier levels up to Advanced Practice Pharmacist II.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or District of Columbia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
- At least one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
- Successful completion and clearance of fingerprinting prior to start.
- Echo Cliffs Health Center – Bodaway Gap, AZ (Tuba City region), serving a culturally diverse community including Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute populations.
