Schedule/Hours
- Travel-based assignment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- O.R. nursing experience and CNOR certification strongly preferred
- ACLS certification upon hire (or active BLS with commitment to obtain ACLS within 60 days)
- Outstanding ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills, multitasking, and a proactive mindset
- Deliver perioperative nursing care based on established protocols and standards
- Participate in all phases of surgical intervention alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain aseptic techniques, manage instrument counts, and ensure safe handling of all surgical materials
- Accurately document interventions, patient responses, and medication administration
- Advocate for patient safety, well-being, and dignity at every step
- Engage in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing with peers
