- Travel assignment
- Variable shifts may be available, depending on department needs
- Current and valid RN license (state-specific or compact accepted)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams
- Deliver comprehensive neonatal nursing care to critically ill or premature infants
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient status
- Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and families to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and facilitate seamless patient handoffs
