Key Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted Alaska RN license (or eligibility)
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or obtain within 6 months as specified)
- Competency in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and electronic health records
- Physical ability to meet job demands (lift, stand, move as needed)
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and craft individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate interventions; administer medications and treatments safely
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain documentation, adhere to safety and infection control practices
