Travel Hospital Staff Pharmacist | Juneau, AK

Soliant Health is seeking a Hospital Staff Pharmacist for a direct hire/permanent opportunity in Juneau, Alaska! This position requires full-time availability and prior inpatient hospital experience. Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for safety and appropriateness.
• Consult with prescribers as needed.
• Verify and document prescription orders accurately.
• Advise patients on medications and expected outcomes.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy
• 2- 3 years of experience in a hospital setting (must be recent)
• Unrestricted Alaska pharmacist license.
• Basic Life Support certification (can be obtained within 1 year).
• Preferred: ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency.
