Schedule/Hours
- Travel contract (assignments typically 36-40 hours per week)
- Variable shifts depending on facility needs
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in CVOR nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional specialty certifications a plus)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Provide expert perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams, ensuring the highest standards of care before, during, and after surgery
- Monitor patient status and quickly respond to changes or emergencies
- Maintain surgical asepsis and safety protocols
