Required Qualifications
- Current and active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced or changing settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Deliver comprehensive patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries
- Assist the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment and preparing the operating room
