Shift & Unit Details
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities
- Unit: Cath Lab with 8 holding bays and 4 Cath/EP suites
- Staffing: 16 skilled professionals maintaining a 3:1 patient-to-staff ratio
- Equipment: Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for Electrophysiology
- Perform and assist in procedures such as Left and Right Heart Catheterizations, EP ablations, pacemaker and ICD insertions, cardioversions, and other diagnostic tests including TEEs and Tilt Table Tests
- Utilize scrub and monitoring skills during interventions
- Collaborate actively with physicians and team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation, responding promptly within 30 minutes when needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of Cath Lab experience with ACLS certification
- Proficiency in scrubbing and patient monitoring during cardiac procedures
- Preferred experience with Electrophysiology, Structural Heart interventions, and Right Heart monitoring
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to patient-centered care
