- Day Shift
- On-Call Rotation: Weeknights, Weekends, and Holidays
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education verification required)
- 3 years of RN experience with a minimum of 1 year in critical care
- Cardiovascular intervention experience in a cath lab required
- Active IL RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- EKG test completion by end of orientation
- Apply critical thinking and the nursing process in all aspects of patient care
- Collaborate on assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments per established guidelines
- Ensure comprehensive, accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families in alignment with care plans
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and shared governance
- Provide clinical support and problem-solving for complex situations
- Engage in peer review and personal/professional development
