Schedule

Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions including those undergoing cardiac drips, cardiac catheterizations, and post s/p VATS procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Utilize EMR systems (Meditech) for documentation and patient monitoring.
- Employ new technology and equipment to enhance patient safety and care efficiency.
- Active RN license with Telemetry nursing experience.
- ACLS certification is required.
- Cardiac care experience strongly preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- New lift equipment and mobile technology available to aid in patient handling and workflow.
- Self-scheduling options providing flexibility in shift selection.
- Supportive unit culture with experienced staff and low patient-to-nurse ratios (4-5 patients per nurse).
