Staff Pharmacist | Whittier, California

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
• Verify prescriptions and dosage instructions for correctness and safety
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain pharmacy records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and oversee the proper storage of medications
  
  

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Licensed Pharmacist (valid state licensure required)
• Prior experience as a Staff Pharmacist, preferably with night shift familiarity
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmacy operations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
