Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety
- Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
- Support daily retail/outpatient pharmacy functions with efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in West Virginia
