A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to work in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) setting. This role focuses on managing medication distribution and ensuring safe pharmaceutical practices in a high-volume environment, supporting patient care with accuracy and efficiency.
Location:
- Cherry Hill, NJ
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
- Rotating every 3rd weekend with shifts on Saturday and Sunday from either 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Minimum of one summer and one winter holiday required
- Conduct initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
- Perform final medication verification and checks
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and workflow efficiency
- Dispense medications accurately and timely, managing roughly 600 prescriptions daily
- Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license
- Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
