Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmacy operations in an FQHC environment using PioneerRx system
- Provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care to diverse, underserved patients
- Collaborate with a pharmacy technician in a one Pharmacist/one Technician setup
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Support medication therapy management and counseling for patients
- Licensed Pharmacist in North Carolina (required)
- 1-3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably within an FQHC or community health clinic setting
- Previous experience serving underserved or vulnerable patient populations is preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a small pharmacy team environment
- Spanish language skills are preferred, as pharmacy technician is Spanish-speaking and bilingual communication would be an advantage
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekends required
