Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services in accordance with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff, especially during high-stress or crisis situations.
- Travel between multiple school sites as needed to provide comprehensive services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings to support student progress.
- Follow all school and district policies while working onsite (virtual work is not available).
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or certification.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple school buildings during the day.
