Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment and therapy approaches tailored to diverse student populations
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students’ unique goals and needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student development
- Maintain detailed records, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
