Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

A great elementary school in the Livonia, MI, area is now looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a full time position, working the full school year. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
• Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students' needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
