A Seattle-based K-12 school is seeking two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract roles through the current school year. These full-time positions offer an opportunity to support student communication development within a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, ensuring quality and timely services.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Valid State licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in school settings with children spanning grades K-12.
  • Ability to handle a caseload of 50 students efficiently without SLPA support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to fostering positive educational outcomes for diverse student populations.
