- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing student planning sessions.
- Maintain precise and timely records related to services provided and student progress.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs); Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification as an Educational Specialist or willingness to obtain certification.
- Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory.
