Qualifications And Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid New Mexico SLP license
- New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) certification
- Experience with school-based therapy, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary-age students
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate with school staff, district personnel, and parents to support student progress
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations in alignment with school guidelines
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services and outcomes
