Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 35 students.
- Utilize a combination of service delivery models including push-in, pull-out, and consult services.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary special education team to support student success.
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) documentation and management through SPEDForms.
- Offer flexible services via teletherapy, hybrid models, or in-person, adapting to the needs of the school and students.
- Work under appropriate supervision if hired as an SLPA, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
- Certified or pursuing certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant credential (SLPA).
- Experience or willingness to work in school settings with children ages 514.
- Comfort with teletherapy and hybrid service delivery models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with special education processes and IEP documentation preferred.
